Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle – Sliding glass doors are expensive. Budget units don’t include them at all, but our multiple glass doors expand your living options far beyond the “square foot” of the ADU.
Front And Back Glass Doors – Our front oriented glass doors are stunning, but the back glass door is a game changer, letting in light, air and an illusion of more space, even if the lot line is just a few feet away.
“L-Shape” Design – It is more expensive to build an “L” in the prefab world, but we know it is worth it. It fits on more lots and increases options to maximize your backyard space.
Designed To Blend – Your ADU should enhance your home’s look and increase it’s value, not stick out like a sore thumb. Our designs blend with Traditional and Historic homes.
Green Design – Our dual paned, energy efficient windows and doors are place to maximize passive heating and cooling solar energy panels are standard with every unit.
