This 2 bedroom ADU is destined to become our most popular model because who doesn’t love a great Mid-Mod?!! I can just hear Miles Davis oozing out from the patio doors, and there is a crisp chardonnay chilling in the fridge.
The clerestory windows in the Great Room and right bedroom give that perfect snapshot of our California blue skies. I am digging (get it??!) the shed roof lines, high ceilings and the crisp vertical-lined siding.
Modern Farm House ADU
This is the 2 bedroom accessory dwelling unit for you if you love all things Magnolia Farms. Can’t you just smell the white roses in the front and the dinner simmering on the stove?
This is our base style and the most versatile. Change the color and it blends well with almost everything from Ranch to Craftsman.

Our Casita is the most refined and grown-up style of the entire bunch. It plays well with any Spanish or Mediterranean home, and it also blends well with homes built in the last few decades.
